Billing and Insurance

Financial arrangements for your hospital stay must be made prior to your admission. A deposit needs to be paid as per the hospital policy before admission. Please refer to the Room tariff brochure for more details. You may contact the billing department for updates on your bill during your stay. You will also receive an interim bill on your email ID provided at the time of admission. Hospital Service tariff is subject to change without prior notice. It will be advisable to ask your treating doctor especially of surgery cases for the details of doctor fees prior to admission.

NOTE:

  • DOCTOR FEES IS TO BE AGREED BETWEEN PATIENT AND CONCERNED DOCTOR.
  • FOR ALL SERVICES RENDERED IN THE HOSPITAL (INCL. DOCTORS FEES) PAYMENT WILL HAVE TO BE MADE TO THE HOSPITAL ONLY AND NO ONE ELSE.

Refund

At the time of admission, a preference will be taken for the mode of refund i.e. Cheque or Online transfer. If you are preferring online transfer, a Bank details/cancelled cheque needs to be submitted. Refunds below Rs.20,000/- are done by cash at the time of discharge. Refunds above Rs.20,000 are done by cheque or online Transfer as per the preference given. Cheques are given on the same day whereas online transfer may take upto 2 working days. Refunds will be issued in the name of the patient only.

Maternity registration fees of Rs. 11,000/- is adjustable against the final bill but are non-refundable.

Discharge information

  • Routine discharges are normally given upto 10 am daily.
  • Discharged patients are requested to vacate the room as early as possible, preferably prior to 11 am. Staying beyond this time will necessitate an additional charge. Your cooperation is requested.
  • An approval and written order from your consultant doctor is required for the discharge process to be initiated.
  • The discharge process for cash cases takes up to 2 hours for completing all the formalities. Discharge Process for TPA/Insurance cases may take upto 4 Hours..
  • Please handover attendant/visitor passes at the main reception while leaving the hospital, post discharge.
