Dr. Rajeev Narvekar

Dr. Rajeev Narvekar MS (U.S.A.) is a Prosthodontist, with a basic dental degree (BDS) from the Government Dental College & St. George's Hospital, Mumbai (India) and specialty training from the Temple University School of Dentistry, Philadelphia (U.S.A.). He has 6 years of teaching experience in the U.S. and has He has part-time Faculty from 1993-1996 in the Department of Prosthodontics, Govt. Dental College and Hospital, Bombay. He has also done part-time Faculty from 1998-2000 in the Department of Implantology, S.D.M College Dharwad.

Dr. Narvekar’s private practice is limited to the rehabilitation of Oral and Maxillofacial defects. Intraoral treatment includes the replacement of a single tooth to full mouth reconstructions conventionally and with implants using the Branemark system (Noble Biocare.) Maxillofacial defects include intra and extra-oral replacement with or without implants. Both phases of treatment, surgical as well as prosthetics are performed by Dr. Narvekar. Today the implants are placed either in the conventional two-stage protocol or a one-stage immediate loading concept. Using Noble's guide, the clinic has started performing a number of surgeries with the computer-guided technique.
